Delivery & Returns Policy Web Orders Only

Delivery
We use Royal Mail for any product orders below £40, there is an option of 1st Class Recorded delivery which is tracked or 2nd Class post which is NOT tracked. Any orders over £40 delivery is charged at £10.95 for a courier next business day delivery. Orders over £150 are carriage free. All orders prices are excluding VAT which will be added at checkout stage.

Our normal despatch time for standard products available from stock is 1-2 working days. Please allow up to 5 working days for POD items with printed inserts and 10-15 working days for custom made/printed items or items that are not in stock at the time of order. If you need to discuss a specific delivery requirement then please contact us on 01442 200600.

Cancellation & Returns
We are happy to refund product cancellations if we receive notice of the cancellation within 7 days from the date of collection or delivery, however, we cannot refund the delivery charge. Orders for custom made products are non-refundable.

Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered.

If you are cancelling because of any problem with the goods, please notify us of the problem at the time of cancellation. On cancellation, you must return the goods to us using a recorded delivery service at your cost unless the goods are being returned because they are faulty or incorrect, in which case we will meet the cost of return but we ask that you allow us to nominate the service.
