Where possible, we use recycled, biodegradable or compostable materials. When you no longer have any use for your product, we will even recycle it for you through our ‘Return To Base’ policy.

Our family-run business has been in operation for more than 80 years, during which time we’ve provided creative solutions for brands both big and small, from household names to local entrepreneurs and independent retailers.

Our History

Walter Phillips established the company in 1939 under the name Walter Phillips (Perivale) Limited. Specialising in letterpress printing, the company made a name for itself by producing photographic mounts and handbound wedding and photo albums, quickly becoming a market leader.

In 1960, Tony Phillips took over as Managing Director and, noticing the growing popularity of plastics, prompted a shift towards the industrial sector. Harnessing this new technology, the company started producing PVC ring binders, folders and other presentation and marketing materials.

In 2004 the company, then known as Phillips Plastics Ltd, moved to new premises in Berkhamsted where we still operate to this day. Now in our fourth generation, the products we produce may have changed over the years, but our business philosophy remains the same – create high quality products and provide innovative solutions at a reasonable price.


Our sales team is ready to assist you and with a 100 years of experience, we have comprehensive knowledge of the industry, materials and processes.

Combined with our range of stock products and a large standard product portfolio, we can offer you a fast and effective solution which delivers a high return on investment.

Working with CAD tools, we prototype in all plastics, foam, leather, paper and cardboard, and select a material that suits your budget and requirement.


We have the specialist machinery to process all materials and an experienced and fully trained team to produce and quality control your orders, we also work with factories worldwide, to source the right product at the right price.
